I'm familiar with cyberpunk and steampunk, but I don't think I've come across any books/movies/shows that fell under hopepunk. It sounds sort of similar to what cozy mysteries are in the mystery genre. Softer edges. That's interesting. Sounds relaxing on the reading/watching side.
